Please pay attention to the following:

• Pets are not allowed;
• Smoking in the house is not allowed;
• Bedlinnen is not included. All beds are equipped with a firm matress (with protective cover and mattressprotector), duvet and pillow. We kindly ask our guests to apply your own bedlinen on top of the already present protection;
• Bedlinen is compulsory. Any damage by non-use of bedlinen will be deducted from the warranty;
• Bath and kitchentowels are not provided;
• Indoor furniture, accommodation (like pillows, …) and bedlinen remain indoors;
• Two free household waste garbage bags and two yellow PMC garbage bags are kindly offered by the landlord;
• The final cleaning are provided but you must leave thehouse in order before departure.
